This shipping policy applies to all orders delivered within the United Kingdom. It is designed to ensure you are fully informed about our shipping procedures and timelines. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.
A. Shipping Costs
- Free standard shipping on orders over £30 GBP
- £3.00 GBP shipping fee on orders under £30 GBP
All shipping costs are clearly displayed at checkout before completing your purchase.
B. Processing & Delivery Times
- Order Processing Time: 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday)
- Transit Time: 5–9 business days (Monday to Friday)
- Estimated Total Delivery Time: 6–11 business days
Order Cut-Off Time:
Orders placed before 04:00 PM (GMT) will be processed the same business day. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.
C. Delivery Method
Orders are shipped using trusted courier services such as Royal Mail or equivalent UK carriers to ensure reliable delivery.
D. Change of Delivery Address
If you need to update your delivery address, please contact us at support@lumiso.net within 24 hours of placing your order.
Please note: once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to change the delivery address.
E. Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched.
If your order has already been shipped, please refer to our Refund Policy for further instructions.
F. Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged:
- If possible, reject the delivery at the time of receipt, and notify us immediately.
- If the parcel was delivered in your absence, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible with photos of the damage.
We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
